Qualifications

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operation, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cost accruals
• Train, mentor, and review the work of junior accounting staff and assistants
• Ensure financial records follow accounting standards and support internal or external audits
• Help set up internal controls and update accounting procedures for better accuracy

About you

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred
• 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
