Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years in facilities management, project coordination, or architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting architectural drawings and documents.
• Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee building improvement projects (renovations, tenant improvements, upgrades).
• Conduct site assessments and space planning leveraging architectural expertise.
• Review drawings, specs, and construction documents for accuracy and codes.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor construction activities, perform site visits and quality inspections.
• Maintain project documentation (schedules, budgets, change orders, closeout).
• Support long-term facility master planning and capital priorities.
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and green building practices.
