Job summary

JLL Cebu is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager specializing in architecture and project management to support planning, design coordination, and the execution of building improvement initiatives.

You will bridge technical expertise with operations, manage capital projects, space planning, and ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in facilities management or architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building improvement projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Perform site assessments and space planning using architectural expertise.
• Review drawings and specs for accuracy and code compliance.
• Serve as liaison with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor construction activities and conduct quality inspections for safety.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules and budgets.
• Support long-term facility master planning and capital improvement priorities.
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and green building practices.
