Job summary

Luxasia in the Philippines seeks a motivated Visual Merchandising assistant to support installation tracking, VM materials, and in-store displays across counters, boutiques, and pop-ups.

You will help monitor deliveries, consolidate store feedback, and maintain VM inventories of props and display tools, contributing to premium brand presentation in luxury retail environments.

Qualifications

• Background in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong interest in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, and brand presentation.
• Familiarity with store displays, space planning, and retail execution is a plus.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, with ability to manage multiple follow‑ups.
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic layout/design tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
