• Prepare and execute new product development plans from concept to release.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, QA, purchasing, and global/local teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure proper use of testing equipment
• Initiate material planning aligned with production schedules.
• Support new supplier development through audits, inspections, and validation.
• Provide alternate parts to purchasing when needed.
• Apply problem-solving techniques (root cause analysis, FMEA, control plans).
• Ensure product testing and certification compliance
