You will cast the right talent for campaigns and nurture long-term creator relationships that fuel community, loyalty, and creative innovation.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations and creator experience, requiring strategic sourcing, fast execution, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or community development.
• Proven success in talent acquisition and creator relationship management.
• Strong understanding of platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and creator motivations.
• Experience managing junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: experience with regional, Gen Z, or commerce-focused creator communities.

Responsibilities

• Source creators across verticals using networks, platforms, and trendwatching.
• Recommend creators for campaigns based on client objectives and market trends.
• Maintain a structured creator roster with tagging for easy matchmaking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare casting decks, briefs, and proposals.
• Manage creator tiering systems, rotation cycles, and casting diversity.
• Track and analyze creator performance to inform strategies.
• Design engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Build a creator community through digital and offline programs.
• Identify and grow underrepresented creator communities.
• Mentor a team of Executives and Senior Executives in acquisition and engagement.
