Hepmil Philippines is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive successful creator-led campaigns. You will analyze data, pitch solutions, and independently manage complex projects to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, presenting proposals, and identifying cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in client success, account management, or a similar role in content or creator-led campaigns or the advertising industry.
• Exceptional presentation and pitching skills; confident in delivering compelling proposals independently.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Spreadsheets, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and providing client-centric solutions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to clients based on industry best practices and Hepmil content expertise
• Extract and communicate actionable insights from campaign data, fostering informed decision-making
• Serve as a trusted advisor by effectively addressing client challenges and proposing tailored solutions
• Present media kits and proposals with confidence, articulating Hepmils value propositions clearly
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and pitch relevant products to existing clients
• Manage complex, multi-format content and creator campaigns independently, ensuring timely execution
• Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to align project expectations
• Develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze campaign data, summarizing key findings for stakeholders
• Resolve client concerns by offering data-backed solutions and actionable strategies
