Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of Marketing experience in an FMCG company.
• Experience handling flagship/market leader brands is an advantage.
• Experience in Brand Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications, Channel Activation, and Innovation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, teamwork and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group Product Manager to develop annual brand plans.
• Oversee creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
• Manage development of marketing communications materials online and offline.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Category & Channel Sales Development and Sales teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement for inventory and materials.
• Partner with Senior Insights Manager to analyze market and research needs.
• Provide project updates to Top Management and stakeholders.
