Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Head in managing daily branch operations.

• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and proper handling of company assets.
• Prepare and submit branch reports and other required documents.
• Support staff training, coaching, and performance development.
• Act as Branch Head in their absence when assigned.
