Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of college degree.
• Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG or Microfinance.
• Proven record in sales and reaching targets.
• Preferably have exposure/experience in training & development.
• With valid driver’s license and driving skills (manual & automatic).
• Knowledge of sales & distribution systems.
• Willing to do sales activities on field.
• Knowledgeable in the territory of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Area Head and produce sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for long-term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships.

• Plan, organize, and control all sales activities.
• Administer and ensure compliance to sales practices for branches; coordinate training for branches and sales agents.
• Perform quarterly performance appraisals for sales agents.
• Manage branch recruitments, objective setting, coaching, and monitoring of Sales Agents.
• Train and coach Branch Sales Agents on daily tasks, brand promotion, and customer service.
• Motivate the sales team by recognizing achievements, assign tasks suiting skills, and involve them in operational decisions.

The role shall assist the Regional Area Head and execute the following:

• Produce & present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Area Head.

• Identify & recommend opportunities that will result in long‑term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships.

• Deliver customer experience excellence.

• Planning, Organizing, and maintaining control of all sales activities

• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branches and perform varioustraining sessions for same & coordinate with sales agents to maintain all activity.

• Perform scheduled performance appraisals for sales agents every quarter.

• Manage branch recruitments, objective setting, coaching & performance monitoring of Sales Agents.

• Train and coach Branch Sales Agents on daily responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service activities.

• Motivate the sales team by recognizing them for a job well done, assigning challenging tasks from time to time that fit their skills & interests, & involving them in operational decision‑making.

Minimum Requirement/s

• Graduate of college degree

• Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG or Microfinance industry.

• Proven record in sales and reaching targets.
