Job summary

Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will lead the team on targets, manage customer concerns, and ensure accurate stock levels and daily inventory updates across the sales floor.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years of leadership experience, and the ability to train staff and foster relationships on a fast-paced sales floor in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years leadership or management experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and to train and develop staff.
• Able to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of the Branch manager.
• Hit individual targets as assistant branch manager.
• Handle irate customers and escalate concerns properly.
• Ensure complete stocks and daily inventory updates to all sales personnel.
