Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Asset Servicing Associate in Metro Manila to lead day-to-day processing across corporate actions, income events and disclosures reporting, with strong controls and disciplined exception management.

You will provide human oversight to technology-assisted outputs, ensuring governance and audit-ready evidence, while designing workflows to improve efficiency and resiliency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asset servicing operations.
• Ability to perform high-accuracy, deadline-driven processing.
• Proven ability to investigate breaks and drive resolution.
• Strong controls orientation with audit-ready evidence.
• Clear documentation and governance compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with partners outside the team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily processing for mandatory corporate actions including elections and payments.
• Process income events with accuracy and timeliness (cash/stock disbursements).
• Perform reconciliations for income and stock events; investigate breaks and resolve.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle steps for corporate actions.
• Produce and quality-check disclosures reporting outputs for completeness.
• Apply verify-and-escalate approach to unclear announcements or high-risk items.
• Document decisions and maintain audit-ready records.
• Address internal queries with clear, controlled explanations.
• Design and maintain workflow tools and procedures for consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, and risks.
• Provide business continuity support including manual processing when needed.
