Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Property/Asset Manager to oversee the secure preservation and maintenance of bank properties. The role includes supervising caretakers and guards, reviewing reports, and coordinating with ADD for property improvements.

Responsibilities include approving Real Property Taxes, maintaining inventories, and ensuring timely payments of taxes for ROPA and bank-owned assets. Strong MS Office skills and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four (4) year course, preferably a business-related degree.
• Knowledge in Property Management.
• With experience in Property Management / Building Management, and Bank Operations.
• Computer literate (MS Office), organized, with high attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all bank properties are adequately secured, preserved, and maintained.
• Supervises all caretakers and security guards assigned to the properties.
• Reviews regular reports submitted by caretakers and security guards and recommends courses of action in response to issues; conducts spot inspections to validate reports.
• Prepares, evaluates, and endorses for approval and Oracle processing all Real Property Taxes and related expenses.
• Coordinates with Asset Disposition Division (ADD) and formulates plans to make acquired properties more saleable or leaseable by minor repairs or renovations.
• Validates the inventory listing of furniture, fixtures and equipment in the Inspection Reports submitted by Caretaking Companies.
• Ensures that real estate property taxes for all ROPA and Bank-Owned properties are assessed, paid and up-to-date.
• Coordinates with Provincial Business Centers on spot inspections of assets located nearby.
• Administers monitoring, reviews and updates of all Appraisal Reports and Property Insurance for ROPA and Bank-Owned properties.
• Monitors and reviews all administrative reports required of the Section.
