You will handle property taxes, upkeep costs, and ensure timely inspections and reporting. Strong knowledge in property management and MS Office is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge in Property Management.
• Experience in Property Management / Building Management, and Bank Operations.
• Computer literate (MS Office), organized, with high attention to details.

Aufgaben

• Maintains, preserves, and secures all acquired assets of the Bank.
• Recommends security, caretaking and maintenance measures to protect and preserve assets.
• Manages expenses related to preservation and maintenance of assets.
• Ensures bank properties are secured, preserved, and maintained.
• Supervises caretakers and security guards assigned to properties.
• Reviews reports from caretakers and guards and recommends actions.
• Prepares and endorses Real Property Taxes and other expenses for approval and Oracle processing.
• Coordinates with Asset Disposition Division and formulates plans to make assets saleable or leaseable by minor repairs.
• Validates inventory of furniture, fixtures and equipment in Inspection Reports.
• Ensures real estate taxes are assessed and paid for ROPA and bank-owned properties.
• Coordinates with Provincial Business Centers for spot inspections of assets.
• Monitors appraisal reports and property insurances for ROPA and properties.
• Monitors and reviews administrative reports for the section.
