Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and support reporting under TAM direction.
• Complete recurring tasks accurately and record time against correct codes weekly.
• Assist with contractor follow-up, action tracking and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain asset registers, document management and audit-ready records.
• Attend client meetings as observer or supported contributor as appropriate.
• Complete TAM training modules within the agreed timeframe.
• Identify issues and escalate anomalies to the Asset Manager or Senior Associate.
• Provide timely responses to internal requests from the portfolio team.
