Job summary

Enigma Corporation in the Metro Manila area seeks an Asset Management lead to organize and optimize asset tracking, lifecycle management, and utilization. You will supervise a team, provide training, and enforce policy compliance while driving cost efficiency.

The role requires reporting on asset status, data analysis for procurement decisions, and adherence to safety standards as part of routine operations and mandatory trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset tracking and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
• Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.
• Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.
• Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.
• Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
