You will help optimize reporting, validate data, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance and clear documentation across handoffs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DBPool or similar pooling technologies in production support.
• Familiarity with capital markets instruments and asset management workflows.
• Exposure to registrars and transfer agents operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily asset management and capital markets operations by maintaining data flows and reporting using DBPool‑based solutions.
• Monitor data pipelines and batch jobs to identify issues and coordinate fixes.
• Validate reference and transactional data to reduce operational risk and support analytics.
• Collaborate with operations and technology to translate requirements into data handling tasks.
• Document runbooks and process maps for rotational shifts and production activities.
