Job summary

• Knowledge of financial products and understanding trade flow from execution through settlement.
• Demonstrated project management capability, managing multiple initiatives end-to-end across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, with clear communication across varying levels of seniority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document decisions and actions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and risk-delivery focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and lifecycle management for client accounts and mandates, including key change events.
• Manage tactical and strategic implementation projects to support new business opportunities and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation review with clear scope and milestones.
• Translate requirements into executable project plans, onboarding checklists, and runbooks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including onboarding information and status materials.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings; document actions and drive follow-ups to completion.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders with root-cause analysis and resolution planning.
• Re-engineer operating and service models to improve scalability and controls.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions aligned to standards.
• Liaise with external parties to support delivery; oversee Manila-based team activities.
