Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Client Onboarding Analyst to coordinate onboarding and lifecycle events for investment accounts. You will drive project execution, align stakeholders, and document activities to ensure timely delivery with strong governance.

You will identify risks, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement across operations, investment teams, and custody partners, fostering collaboration and ownership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in asset management operations, wealth management operations, or investment banking operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and delivering against deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new account onboarding activities for investment accounts and collect required setup documentation.
• Manage account lifecycle events like mergers, liquidations, closures, and custody changes with timely completion.
• Drive projects supporting investment and operational solutions for new business opportunities.
• Create and maintain project plans, process flows, and runbooks translating requirements into deliverables.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, track actions, and provide clear status updates including risks.
