GNPower Mariveles Energy Center Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced Asset Management lead to oversee site AMS implementation, ensure ISO 55001 compliance, and optimize asset performance using IBM Maximo.

The role requires a licensed engineer with 5+ years in process plants, plus 2+ years in asset management. You will drive KPI reporting, RCA data, and organizational workflow improvements across North Luzon.

Qualifications

Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in a process plant, preferably in power generation, oil and gas, or manufacturing.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in asset management, with an understanding of the 39 elements/systems of Asset Management (AM)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering

Responsibilities

Monitor, facilitate, and ensure AMS implementation at the site as per ISO 55001 requirement.
Lead accreditation to ISO 55001 standards at the station.
Oversee utilization of EAM (IBM Maximo) to drive asset management best practices, including asset lifecycle oversight and maintenance execution.
Lead the department's approved organizational chart to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
Conform to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 standards and report environmental, health and safety, and information security events.
Maintain and update the Asset MOC Registry with accurate documentation of asset changes and configurations.
Track and update the Technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) database for continuous improvement.
Track and report on KPIs and asset health metrics for performance optimization.
