Job summary

GNPower Mariveles Energy Center Ltd. Co. in Mariveles, Bataan, seeks a licensed engineer to oversee asset management, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and optimization of site assets for maximum value and reduced risk.

You will drive ISO 55001 accreditation, manage asset lifecycle, and utilize IBM Maximo to optimize maintenance, inventory, and performance metrics across the plant.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in a process plant, preferably in power generation, oil and gas, or manufacturing.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in asset management, with an understanding of the 39 elements/systems of Asset Management (AM).
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, facilitate, and ensure AMS implementation at the site as per ISO 55001 requirement, IAM framework, AP TBG CAMO Strategic, Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and site AM plans.
• Lead the promotion and maintenance of ISO 55001 accreditation at the station.
• Oversee effective utilization of IBM Maximo to drive best practices in asset management, including asset lifecycle oversight, maintenance execution performance, and inventory control.
• Lead the development of the Department’s approved organizational chart to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conform to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 standards; report incidents to relevant committees.

To oversee and optimize the management of company assets by ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and utilization, thereby maximizing asset value, minimizing risk, and supporting operational efficiency.

• Facilitates in leading, promoting and maintaining accreditation to ISO 55001 standards at the station


• Oversee the effective utilization of EAM (IBM Maximo) to drive best practices in asset management, including asset lifecycle oversight, maintenance execution performance (Work Maintenance Execution Index), and inventory control, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with organizationalstandards.


• Lead the support in developing and implementing the Department’s approved organizational chart to ensure effective and efficient workflow.


• Conform to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 Standards. Report Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events / incidents of potential events orother security risks to the organization / committees -in-charge.

Competencies

• Proficient in maintaining and updating the Asset MOC Registry, ensuring accurate documentation of asset changes and configurations in alignment with organizational standards.


• Skilled in tracking and updating the Technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) database, contributing to continuous improvement andreliability enhancement initiatives.


• Ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and asset health metrics, providing actionable insights for performance optimization.
