Job summary

Odfjell Technology Ltd. in Makati is seeking an experienced CMMS/Maximo Administrator to lead maintenance systems across global operations. You will oversee CMMS/ERP setup, security, and UI customization, while driving continuous process improvements and data integrity.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, support IFS maintenance users, and help expand the Manila-based maintenance support model. A strong engineering background and Maximo/CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree; professional license is an advantage
• 5+ years in technical/maintenance and operations in a Global Business Services setup (oil & gas exposure beneficial)
• Experience with international or regional counterparts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent work style with strong teamwork
• Structured, accurate, and deadline-driven
• Willingness to learn and improve policies/processes
• Ability to communicate with overseas partners
• Self-motivated with business and results focus
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written)
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Understanding of CMMS/ERP management and Maximo administration
• Ability to develop CMMS functional hierarchies and maintenance tasks
• Experience in change management and operational processes
• Ability to read Mechanical/Electrical drawings, block diagrams, P&ID
• Maintenance program engineering knowledge and regulatory standards knowledge

Responsibilities

• Participate in CMMS/ERP project work and modifications for existing units
• Oversee CMMS implementation, database setup, security, maintenance, and UI customization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within CMMS workflows
• Maintain functional hierarchies with data updates per workflow
• Monitor technical deliveries and follow up
• Assist IFS maintenance system administrator with end-users
• Communicate project status and deviations with team/clients
• Contribute to developing IFS maintenance support in Manila
• Perform related tasks as required
