Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant Assurance experience with reputed CA firms.
• Strong Asset Management experience, Hedge Funds and Private Equity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance service delivery for global clients with timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop Managers and engagement teams.
• Monitor performance, quality, risk compliance, and KPIs across engagements.
• Build relationships with global teams and Asset Management stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and support technical training and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to practice growth and quality improvements.
