Responsibilities

• Lead assurance service delivery for global clients with timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop Managers and engagement teams.
• Monitor performance, quality, risk compliance, and KPIs across engagements.
• Build relationships with global teams and Asset Management stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and support technical training and knowledge sharing.

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Manager with strong expertise in the Asset Management industry, particularly in Hedge Funds and Private Equity.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive assurance experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities to drive service delivery excellence and support team development.

• Lead assurance service delivery for global clients, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Managers and engagement teams.
• Monitor engagement performance, quality, risk compliance, and operational KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with global engagement teams and Asset Management stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and support technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to practice growth, service improvement, and quality enhancement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant Assurance experience with reputed CA firms.
• Strong experience in Asset Management assurance, particularly Hedge Funds and Private Equity.
• Expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards.
• Proven experience in people management, coaching, client servicing, and quality management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred:

International experience of 2+ years.
