Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to uphold our stock integrity and asset lifecycle discipline. You will perform warehousing, tagging, and asset inspections, ensuring accurate inventory through system updates and reports.

You will contribute to physical counts, variances reconciliation, and collaborate with IT teams on asset maintenance and upgrades while maintaining thorough documentation. This role requires onsite work and night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Asset management principles and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks for stocks/materials, including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering.
• Encode all inventory activities in the system to maintain accurate data.
• Assist in physical inventories, counts, and reconciling variances.
• Tag company assets and supplies.
• Verify and conduct quality inspections of all assets and supplies incoming and outgoing.
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory reports.
• Implement good warehouse practices and perform other duties to support the role.
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams for asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of IT asset management activities, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate
  inventory data
• Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
• In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies
• Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and
  supplies
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory report
• Implement good warehouse practices
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as
  needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition,
  deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
