Job summary

BestBuilders, Inc. is seeking an Asset Control & Monitoring specialist in Muntinlupa to manage inventory, track assets, and ensure accurate records across sites.

You will conduct physical counts, reconcile discrepancies, coordinate with maintenance, and enforce asset policies to support operational efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ experience are required, with strong MS Office skills emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in inventory control, property administration, or similar role.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with asset/tracking systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track and record all company assets, tagging and logging assets.
• Maintain centralized registry and monitor asset transfers across branches.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile with system records.
• Document discrepancies and prepare variance reports for auditing.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and servicing of assets.
• Manage end-of-life disposal, sale, or replacement of obsolete assets.
• Prepare paperwork such as DRR and transfer forms; enforce asset policies.
