Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date asset records in the inventory tracking system.
• Tag and label equipment upon delivery or prior to deployment.
• Help conduct periodic physical audits and reconcile asset data.
• Prepare assets for deployment (e.g., laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Support asset issuance to new employees and collect from offboarded staff.
• Document handovers and returns using standard forms and checklists.
• Pack and ship assets to remote employees or between office locations.
• Coordinate with courier services or internal teams for asset movement.
• Input asset details into tracking systems and spreadsheets.
• File and organize documentation related to asset transfers, repairs, and returns.
• Maintain logs for maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Follow internal policies for asset handling, storage, and security.
• Assist in secure disposal of obsolete or damaged assets under supervision.
• Report missing, damaged, or untagged assets promptly to the supervisor.
