Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 3–5 years in a similar role at international organizations an asset.
• Onsite work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Record cost of newly acquired fixed assets (tangible and intangible).
• Track fixed assets, depreciation, and disposition of assets.
• Account for leases: RoU assets and related liabilities.
• Prepare lease-related adjustments and amortization.
• Support monthly and year-end close for Lease Management module.
• Review lease inventory and analyze variances.
