Job summary

A leading finance service provider in Pasig is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fixed Asset and Lease Accountant. This role involves managing fixed assets and leases in compliance with GAAP and ASC 842 standards. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and over three years' experience in the field. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fixed asset and/or lease accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting and reporting of fixed assets and lease obligations.
• Maintain the fixed asset subledger and ensure accurate recording.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
