Job summary

KOLIN Philippines International Inc. is seeking an ASP Job Coordinator to monitor and coordinate Authorized Service Partner direct-call jobs, ensuring timely follow-ups, escalations when needed, and high-quality service.

You will manage ticketing, ASP parts order confirmations, field technician coordination, and generate daily Service Job Reports to CS management. The ideal candidate is a graduate of any 4-year course, with at least 1 year of after-sales service experience, proficient in

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 1 year experience in after-sales service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

In-charge of ticketing and monitoring of Authorized Service Partner (ASP) direct call jobs.
In-charge of ASP parts order confirmation and processing.
Closely monitor direct call jobs to ASP to ensure good customer experience and quality in terms of service.
Daily generation of Service Job Report (SJR) through Customer Service Management (CSM) system.
