APL Logistics seeks a seasoned leader to drive regional transformation projects across Asia, implementing global standards and continuous improvement programs. You will optimize Order-to-Cash processes, collaborate with ROE and GBS centers, and ensure alignment with the global blueprint and local needs.

The role requires strong PM and CI background, experience in cross-cultural environments, and proficiency with process mapping and data analysis to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of proven project management and continuous improvement experience in logistics.
• Experience managing Order-to-Cash process improvements.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments with virtual, global teams.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping and value stream mapping tools such as ARIS.
• Strong change management skills and practical experience.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PMP or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean and Six Sigma frameworks and problem solving.
• Experience in automation, digitization and technology-driven improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead rollout of transformation solutions within the region.
• Drive OTC process improvements to enhance KPIs and productivity.
• Coordinate with global counterparts on improvement strategies.
• Standardize processes to align with global blueprint.
• Collaborate with ROE directors and GBS centers to identify projects.
• Establish metrics to monitor profitability and support revenue analysis.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Review customer escalations and address gaps between metrics and data.
• Manage day-to-day business process analysis and optimization.
• Work with stakeholders to define TO-BE processes and ensure targets are met.
