Job summary

Travelodge Hotels Asia is seeking a Project Director ( Asia ) to lead design, procurement and construction of hospitality real estate across the region. Based in Singapore, you will report to the Head of Hotel Asset Management and work with regional teams to maximize asset value while ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires extensive regional experience, strong governance, and the ability to coordinate cross-border teams, contractors, and consultants while maintaining brand standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 10–12 years in hospitality project management, regional scope preferred.
• Experience managing external PM firms and contractors across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, procurement, and construction delivery for hospitality initiatives across Asia.
• Govern regional external teams, mitigate development risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and budget adherence for multiple projects.
• Direct architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants through SD/DD/CD stages.
• Coordinate with HQ Singapore and asset owners to maintain brand standards.
• Travel regionally to audit sites and resolve bottlenecks as needed.
