Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an organized HR Operations & Project Coordinator – Asia to join our regional HR team.

You will support HR operations, Workday administration, reporting and analytics, regional projects, recruitment coordination, learning and development, and HR digital content management across six Asia markets. You will also help maintain dashboards, data quality, and HR communications using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Canva, collaborating with country HR teams to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field is preferred.
Experience with HR transactions, data maintenance and validation in Workday.
Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and Canva for reporting and content.

Responsibilities

Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, transfers, renewals and exits.
Support Workday transactions and maintain data quality across markets.
Prepare regional HR dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Coordinate recruitment, learning and development activities and HR projects.
Maintain regional HR SharePoint site and assist with communications materials.
