Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. in Bangkok is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Organizational Performance to partner with senior leaders and drive performance management and talent initiatives globally. You will shape organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and related platforms across the enterprise.

You will lead a team, mentor professionals, and translate analytics into clear stakeholder updates, influencing strategy and outcomes while supporting relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal HR partnering and talent management within large organizations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Deep experience implementing performance management platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior departmental leaders and People Team colleagues to align business strategy with organizational context.
• Manage platforms and cycles for performance calibration, talent review, performance review and succession planning.
• Analyze performance, org structure/complexity, and talent movement data to drive improvements.
• Lead and develop a team to deliver platforms and programs on an all-Agoda basis.
• Represent People Team in leadership forums and collaborate with related brand companies.
• Mentor and develop other professionals in a maturing People function.
• Translate people analytics into updates for stakeholders and measure program impact.
