Job summary

Travelodge Hotels Asia seeks a Development Manager to support the investment and development team in growing the business. You will work on deals from origination to contract conclusion and coordinate with multiple internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years in analytics or consultancy within hospitality or real estate. Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills and independent yet collaborative work style are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or related field from a recognized institution.
Relevant experience in hospitality or real estate is preferred.
2–4 years in analyst, associate or consultancy roles within hospitality or real estate.

Responsibilities

Conduct feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals and assist in bidding processes.
Perform market research and generate investment leads; track projects and contacts.
Develop financial projections, proposals and pitch materials with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the development team to implement growth strategies and secure contracts.
