Travel + Leisure Co. in the Philippines seeks an organized HR Operations & Project Coordinator – Asia to support HR services across six markets.

You will help with Workday administration, reporting, analytics, recruitment coordination, learning and development, and HR digital content management. As part of our regional HR team, you will maintain data quality, dashboards, and process improvements, collaborating with country HR partners to ensure consistent practices and timely delivery of HR

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with Workday HR transactions and data maintenance.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel for dashboarding and reporting.
• Strong SharePoint content management and MS 365 proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee lifecycle administration across six Asia markets (onboarding, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, renewals, terminations).
• Support HR operations, Workday administration, reporting and analytics, regional projects, recruitment coordination, learning and development, and HR digital content management.
• Maintain regional HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, Workday, and other approved tools.
