Job summary

Dance Ensemble Singapore is looking for a Junior Arts Operations Executive to support operations of arts education programmes and performances. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in arts administration, customer engagement, and event coordination.

You will handle enquiries, assist with registrations, maintain records, and support daily operations in a vibrant arts environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive personality.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in arts, education or performing arts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from students, parents and the public.
• Provide information on programmes, schedules and fees.
• Assist with registrations, enrolments and class administration.
• Maintain accurate student records and database information.
• Support daily front desk and administrative operations.
• Prepare invoices, process payments and maintain records.
• Assist with petty cash handling and finance administration.
• Coordinate class schedules, venue bookings and resource allocation.
• Prepare operational reports and administrative documents.
• Assist in planning and execution of performances and events.
