Gourmet Creations OPC in Pasig is seeking a reliable Baker/Pastry Baker to join our kitchen team. You will prepare breads, pastries, and cakes while upholding quality and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of baking experience, foundational knowledge of breads and pastries, and a willingness to learn new techniques. This is an on-site, full-time position with room to grow in a busy bakery.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of baking experience.
• Knowledge of breads, pastries, and cakes.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
• Proficient with kitchen equipment and ovens.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.
• High School graduate required.
• Certificate or diploma in Baking is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, proof, shape, bake, and finish products accurately.
• Organize ingredients and baking materials for daily production.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and quality for consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking and kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Operate, clean, and maintain ovens, mixers, and equipment.
• Perform multiple tasks while meeting production schedules.
• Work independently and cooperate with kitchen staff.
• Assist with inventory and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Follow company standards and learn new techniques and recipes.
• Perform other baking and kitchen-related duties as assigned.
