The Bistro Group is seeking a Head Baker for Italianni’s to oversee the bakery’s breads, pastries, and related items. The role focuses on authentic Italian-inspired baked goods, ensuring consistent taste, texture, freshness, and presentation across all products.

You will lead bakery operations, develop standardized recipes, train the bakery team, and uphold food safety and cost-control measures within a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional baking experience (hotels, Italian restaurants, artisan bakeries).
• Experience as a senior baker, pastry chef, or bakery supervisor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Italian bread-making, dough fermentation, and baking techniques.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily production of Italian breads, artisan breads, pastries, and baked goods.
• Develop and standardize bread & pastry recipes aligned with menu direction.
• Manage bakery operations, schedules, and team training to ensure quality and timely output.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
