Job Purpose

This role requires an individual who dreams of creating the NEXT big thing in the digital advertising industry. We are looking for an Art Director known for turning out amazing concepts. The Art Director is responsible for creating authentic connections between the brand and consumers by developing the visual language and art style of our ideas and marketing campaigns. To be successful you should be able to develop creative ideas and visual communication based on insights and data, and create relevant, spirited, and innovative advertising campaigns while ensuring that client objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Support the ACD/CD in developing concepts and client presentations.
• Understand the creative briefs and campaign strategies.
• Participate and contribute awesome ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Create the visual tone and manner of the campaigns.
• Create content for digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Lead or work with designers to bring campaigns to life.
• Ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistent across channels.
• Present design concepts internally and externally to clients for approval.
• Work with ACD/CD in overseeing creative materials in the production phase.
• Stay ahead with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members.

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of creative agency experience.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and creative principles and development.
• A good eye for designing and understanding digital creative, visual storytelling, typography, storyboarding, and illustration techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative mind.
• Good digital background especially in social media & digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and other local marketplaces is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc).
