Job summary

Aderize Philippines Inc is seeking an Art Director to guide a team of designers, delivering campaigns on time and in spec while ensuring high creative quality. You will provide creative vision and maintain strong client communication across regions.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, a Bachelor’s degree in a visual field, and at least 2 years in a customer-facing role. Night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a visual/art-related field.

• Expert knowledge of the Adobe design suite.
• Experience in digital advertising or web development is a plus.

Job description

The Art Director brings project and artistic expertise to Aderize’s campaign operations. They guide a team of talented designers by providing them with creative vision while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on spec. The Art Director also has proven communication skills and is able to provide world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaigns
• Consult with clients on which Aderize products best fit their needs
• Provide creative direction to designers on campaigns and lead design efforts on major projects
• Collaborate with other Art Directors and Creative Success Managers to support high-value campaigns and balance the project workload across all teams and regions
• Ensure that all design output meets Aderize and industry standards
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to craft or prototype solutions to client business needs
• Support the foundational system of the business by crafting creative templates and new product prototypes for approval and process roll-out in a timely manner
• Promote personal and team growth by continuing to learn new technologies and platforms
• Contribute to and lead efforts in knowledge management to improve team skill, performance, and productivity
• Foster a culture that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and innovation by mentoring junior creative staff

Qualification

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising Arts, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
• Expert knowledge of design best practices and production using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate). Basic editing skills using Adobe After Effects will be an advantage
• Background or prior experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or web development is a big plus
• Prior experience using any project management tools and/or similar platform.
• Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace is a must
• Willing to be assigned in night shift 10:00pm to 7:00am
