Job summary

ADA is seeking an Art Director in the Philippines to craft compelling visual campaigns and brand stories for digital marketing across multiple platforms. The role focuses on turning insights into expressive design, leading the visual language and ensuring consistency with the brand identity.

You will collaborate with the ACD/CD, mentor junior designers, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering high-impact creative work for campaigns and social media.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand studio.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and creative principles.
• Advanced design skills across digital media and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders in developing concepts and client presentations.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual campaigns across channels.
• Lead or collaborate with designers to execute campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand visuals across platforms.
• Present concepts to clients for approvals and feedback.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an Art Director who’s known for turningout amazing concepts. The Art Director is responsible for creating authenticconnections between the brand and consumers by developing the visual languageand art style of our ideas and marketing campaigns.

To be successful as an Art Director you should be able todevelop creative ideas and visual communication based on insights and data.Create relevant, spirited, and innovative advertising campaigns while ensuringthat the client objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Support the ACD/CD in developing concepts and client presentations.
• Understand the creative briefs and campaignstrategies.
• Participate and throw in awesome ideas inbrainstorming sessions.
• Create the visual tone and manner of thecampaigns.
• Create content for digital marketing and socialmedia marketing.
• Lead or work with Designers to bring campaignsinto life.
• Ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistentacross channels.
• Present the design concepts internally andexternally to clients for approval.
• Work with ACD/CD in overseeing creativematerials in production phase.
• Be ahead with the latest trends, strategies, andtechnologies.
• Mentor junior team members.

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of creative agency experience.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, andcreative principles and development.
• A good eye for designing and understand digitalcreative, visual storytelling, typography, storyboarding & illustrationtechniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, andpresentation skills.
• A good digital background especially in socialmedia & digital marketing.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such asLazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, andcreative principles and development.
• Advanced knowledge in design tools (Photoshop,Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro,etc)
