Job summary

Kunvarji is seeking an Area Manager/Senior Area Manager to build and run the agency distribution network in the assigned region. You will recruit agents, drive growth through the agency channel, and mentor a team to sustain productivity.

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills are essential to manage a team of 10-12 FLS and achieve business targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Life, and General Insurance products.
• Proven experience in agency/channel sales and team handling.
