Job summary

Ditucalan Merchandising OPC is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations, sales, inventory and team management across assigned DMC branches in Batangas.

You will drive branch performance, ensure SOP compliance, coach Branch Managers, monitor stock, handle cash processes and report on branch results.

The role requires leadership, travel across branches, and strong analytical skills to optimize profitability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in area/branch management, retail, sales or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Results-oriented and willing to travel across assigned branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
• Drive branch sales performance and achievement of targets.
• Supervise and coach Branch Managers and branch teams.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, transfers and replenishment.
• Ensure proper cash handling, documentation, reporting and branch compliance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, CRP-Inventory, Logistics and Accounting to resolve operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, manpower and branch performance.
