Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably Sports related.
• 3 years of experience in overseeing a retail teams.
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team.
• Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
• Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Store Oversight: Managing daily operational processes across designated branches, handling both outright and consignment business models.
• Logistics & Inventory: Checking daily sales logs, updating inventory records, assisting merchandising with stock allocation, and coordinating with the warehouse.
• Compliance & Audits: Performing basic spot audits, managing business permits/signage, and enforcing strict safety and security protocols.
• Talent Pipeline: Partnering with HR to scout, screen, and interview qualified candidates for Branch Supervisor and Sales Cashier roles.
• On-the-Floor Training: Conducting regular refresher training for Sales Associates and providing product knowledge updates.
• Cascading Instructions: Acting as the communication bridge, delegating memos downward and reporting floor concerns upward.
