Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Sales Specialist to lead a team of sales associates and drive targets across multiple stores and brands. The role involves developing sales strategies, forecasting, and preparing reports, while coordinating with internal teams for promotions and operational improvements.

You will supervise 20+ associates, monitor KPIs and store performance, and ensure adherence to brand standards. On-site work at the Head Office, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail sales, preferably handling multiple stores and brands.
• 3+ years in team supervision or sales operations.
• Experience in consumer electronics or technology retail preferred.
• Proven sales forecasting, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing sales teams across multiple mall locations, 20+ associates.
• Knowledge of inventory management, manpower planning, store traffic, and online sales performance.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies, action plans, and forecasts to achieve sales targets across multiple stores and brands.
• Oversee sales performance across more than five stores in different mall locations, ensuring targets and business objectives are met.
• Monitor sales KPIs, store traffic, online inquiries, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and monitor the productivity of 20+ Sales Associates, ensuring proper manpower allocation and store coverage.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and store performance to recommend strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock movement to support sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to implement sales initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Ensure consistent customer service, brand standards, and compliance with company policies across all assigned stores.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
