MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Sunstar Mall (SSTR). You will drive the store’s sales, organize merchandise, maintain shop standards, and lead a team in daily operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least five years in retail. Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure employees and customers are safe in a clean environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, hiring, and assignments for HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOP and other assigned duties.
