Job summary

ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Personnel to drive revenue in the North Ilocos Norte territory. You will achieve sales targets, expand market coverage, develop new accounts, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

The role requires extensive fieldwork, effective account management, and excellent customer service to support our growth objectives. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
• 1-2 years of experience in field sales, account management, distribution, or related industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, highly motivated, and results-driven.
• Must be willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within North Ilocos Norte.
• With a valid driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
