Job summary

ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Personnel to drive sales in the North Ilocos Norte region. You will build and manage a portfolio of accounts, expand market coverage, and ensure excellent customer service through regular fieldwork.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business-related fields, 1–2 years in field sales or related areas, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A driver’s license for travel within the territory is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of field sales, account management, distribution, or related industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, highly motivated, and results-driven.
• Extensive fieldwork and travel within North Ilocos Norte.
• Driver’s license and ability to drive motorcycle or car is an advantage.
• Computer literate and MS Office proficient.
• Willing to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
