Job summary

Toyota Motor Philippines seeks an Area Operations Officer to join our Sales Distribution Department in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will be part of the Area Operations Team, ensuring sales operation KPIs are met through timely planning, vehicle allocation, and dealer support to reach targets.

You will analyze market data, dealer performance, and supply-demand trends, while monitoring daily sales and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales planning, forecasting operations and data management.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Continuously transform sales operations to align TMP targets with Dealer achievements.
• Establish and propose programs to improve sales performance for continuous process.
• Identify and implement Jishuken activities to level-up the Dealer's performances.
• Assess dealer activities to identify sales and process issues, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Identify root causes of sales gaps and internal process issues through data and on-ground assessment.
• Recommend and drive improvement initiatives to enhance dealer performance and process efficiency.
